My partner and I used Preston Baker when looking to buy a new house together two years ago. Our experience was really good. They kept me up to date with new properties to view and were enthusiastic in trying to help us find a place. Bryony Dewhirst in particular is an asset to the company, and it was my dealings with Bryony as a potential buyer made me want to use them when it came to selling my first house two years later. My property was not an easy sell due to recent underpinning. But Bryony was certain Preston Baker would find the right buyer and for the right price. Listed at the end of November and with the sale completed at the end of April, it had about twenty viewings and several offers. Bryony kept in constant communication, offering advice and support throughout the offer process and as the sale progressed. I cannot speak highly enough of Preston Baker and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a pro-active agent. They are a little more expensive than other agents - but in this instance you get the service you pay for and they worked for every penny of their final fee.
