Do not use this letting agent as poor communication and no accountability. Poor referencing leading to unsuitable tenants who could not afford rent. Took one year to evict as agent kept stalling starting legal proceedings. Landlord insurance invalid as did not inform me for two months that rent had not been paid. They instructed a different legal company than they said they would on my behalf who did not do the work instructed. This person then tried to charge me extra to instruct High Court Bailiffs, which he knew full well the judge had disallowed and which I only discovered when I rand the County Court myself. Even with the eviction Mr McKeon was lobbying for the tenants to be able to have more time to remove their belongings and to return another time to clean which was completely unacceptable as all locks had to be changed and tenant verbally and physically abusive. Unclear about deposit and process to reclaim as property left unrentable by tenants and needs extensive work. Monies still owed to me, poor accounting and do not reply to emails or return phone calls. Inventory I now know should be undertaken by independent 3rd party but they do their own. Please be wary, 8% for fully manGed let but not worth using this company. Compliant filed with The Property Ombundsman. Asked for nonDHSS, no pets and non smokers - got DHSS, dog who excreted over brand new lounge carpet and smokers. Please, please think twice.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Reference tenants properly Not tell lies Be accountable Return phone calls and answer emails Inform landlord immediately when rent not paid Act on landlord's instructions Be transparent in contractors used Pay landlord accurately and on time Be professional and act according to industry guidelines

Do not either let out your flat or rent a property from this company. The owner Tony is an actual crook, more than happy to take your money but will not sort out issues. Use them at your own risk......
