The process of letting this property was very fast and efficient. I was shown the property very soon after seeing it advertised, being suitably impressed I decided to take it. The next day I completed my reference forms and within 48 hours I had passed so confirmed I would move in once it became vacant. The whole thing was completed very quickly and without any fuss. All the paperwork I was required to fill in was self explanatory and easy to understand and complete.
I would recommend the company as a whole and Pam in particular if you want to rent a property in Hitchin.
