I very much recommend 1Let as letting agents. They have done a great job of managing the rental of our flat.
I especially recommend Ken Bell who is always most helpful, not only dealing with the tenants and all the paper work, but also arranging repairs and advising on which local companies can give you a good deal. He is an absolute gem.
