jordans rentals on deansgate, were previously known as key properties ltd. key properties were awful, on my move in of august of last year , during the viewing the window was smashed obviously they said they would fix it, among moving in 2 weeks later the window wasn't fixed, called them up to be greeted by Emma who said. if I wasn't happy its not to late to move out.... After travelling from Leicester to Manchester, yeah OK then! then jordans took over, but they still have the same monkeys working for them, after the window was eventually replaced (had to contact landlord directly) water was leaking through which caused mould, 2 months of we will get back to you and a trip to the gp later I had to call someone in to fix the problem myself. I have know moved out of the property, and currently in dispute about the deposit. like most letting agents you have to argue to get it back, luckily in my case i had kept notes/ a copy of the inventory/ and took pictures I dont think they will be keeping much of it.
avoid this deansgate branch, its their way or no way

What agent could do to change your mind?
Told me that the viewing was cancelled before I travelled! Not lied to me on the phone. They could have offered me something for their mistake while wasting my time and money.

What agent could do to change your mind?
In order to change my mind they would have to change water into wine in front of my eyes and find me a property on the moon with seven bedrooms and a swimming pool for ‚£50 a year.
