We have very recently just sold a 2 bedroom flat in Belsize Park Gardens using Hadleigh's as our sole Sales Agents.
From the onset, Nick and Stefano, with their true understanding of the local market, advised us in the best possible way (evaluation, marketing, ...). We very quickly received offers and were able to complete at the initial asking price, assisted by them each step along the way.
Their professional and friendly style goes well beyond what you would expect from a 'typical' Estate Agent. Importantly too, they have a fair and balanced approach, in the interest of both the buyer & seller.
