worst company ever dealt with

never returned phone calls or replied to emails and there was no emergency contact number if their was a leak or the roof fell in.

even when you reported a emergency they would not deal with it the same day

This property was a let only, and we had no authority or was given any authority to manage the property, as it was the responsibility of the landlord. If the tenants have a problem with the deposit they should contact the landlords deposit protection authority and put a claim in against the landlord. The tenants should by law know who is holding their deposit and if the deposit is not registered then that is a separate offence committed by the landlord. Our fees are not exceptional, £300 for ...

Agents fee's were much less than other agents as the do not charge for VAT and also have very low admin fee's compared to other agents and private landlords.

I wouldn't bother with then. They lied to me on many occasional sand I sought them out. For example when there was a technical fault they lied about the reasons why but they had not paid the bills. They seem to only communicate with you ...

Be honest Be clear about your policies Communicate and acknowledge tenants when they have a problem - don't only be eager to contact tenants when it's in your own interest Develop management skills

The flat is ok, spacious and bright but I know that is value is far less than they make me pay! They started renting this flat for 850, when I came the rent was 890 and now that I'm leaving they raised the price at 950‚£ !!! unbelievable!
