I am currently still having to use the Mile End Branch and unfortunately am still having to deal with them now.

This is exactly what is happening/ has happened to us. They have done nothing but lie to us and ignore us (which we have evidence of) as well as being rude, aggressive and nonchalant about all our problems. We are writing a full report and sending it the Ombudsman and if that doesn't work I am going to try and make others aware of their horrendous ¢â‚¬Ëœservices' another way.

We had horrible black mould all over our ceiling and they left it there for 4 months also. I assume it's because they want you to fork out the money to fix it yourself and when you try and reclaim the money back make stupid accusations such as you didn't complain ( they have tried that with us when it is pretty clear by time and dated texts and emails that we did!).

If you are using them take time and dated photos, save all texts, never promise anything via phone ¢â‚¬â€œ always in emails so you can track them and make sure they aren't trying to hoodwink you.
Nothing they do will ever make me use them or recommend them to anyone!!!! No joke. They are horrible people with horrible work ethics and I pity the fool reading this who still goes ahead and uses them¢â‚¬Â¦.
