DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS!!!! Was going to rent from them, changed my mind about the flat and was threatened with a huge cancellation fee (which is ILLEGAL). Very unhelpful staff. The member of staff I was assigned had no idea about the flat, and could barely answer my questions about the price of bills etc, he mentioned nothing about the length of the lease, and changed his tune as soon as he found out i was foreign and tried to get us to sign the lease. I declined and then he threatened I with a fine. Absolutely appalled and will NOT be using this letting agents again. Prospective tenants beware!!
