Poor maintenance of property, no or unacceptable slow response Eg no bathroom taps for six months,, dirty when moved in, unhelpful response, inaccurate check out reports, unclear process, moving goalposts, we left early but on agreed date. they kept extending period we had to pay for and denied access all this time.
