As a landlord my first priority is to have good professional tennants who will look after my property.
I have dealt with many agents before and I have to say I was very impressed with oppida with there extremely professional approach from the moment the phone was answered by Nasir.
He was very attentive to my concerns regarding tennants and noted everything very specifically.
I was surprised to know that he was on the case with potential tennants immediately and within the week he had found me suitable tenants that were ready to take my flat.

The paperwork and legal stuff was dealt with in the most professional manner and all the correct checks carried out correctly.
after using many other agents on several occasions,I can honestly say I will be sticking to oppida for there polite and professional service.
The best part was that even the incoming tenanants had good things to say about them which really made me see that they were professional with all there customers.

I will be using oppida again as soon as I have another flat becoming empty soon as I found the whole process extremely stress free when dealing with them.
