We were actively looking for a property for over a year before we found what we wanted within our budget. During this time we viewed many properties with Mishon Mackay and I liaised with Paul on a regular basis to ensure that I was able to view properties as early as possible.
The Brighton housing market is fierce and the process is very time consuming. We instantly felt that Paul understood our needs and that he was working as hard as he could to find us 'the one'.
We decided very early on that we would use Mason Mackay to sell our property.
The level of customer service at the Kemp Town branch is impeccable and you really feel that you are being looked after- none of the other companies that we dealt with were as sincere, thorough or patient with our indecision!
During the selling process I felt very much supported and in control of the design-making in all aspects-price/marketing etc. I felt respected and listened to at all times.
I believe that we achieved a higher than anticipated price for our property due to the consistent level of customer service that Mishon Mackay withhold throughout all parts of the process.
A big thank you to Paul Bott, Sam Whiting, and Tina Templeman in particular for making the process actually enjoyable.
