Our property was sold through Cricketts after only a few days on the market. Kathleen was fully in control of proceeding, ensuring the buyers moved through the process to completion, even organising elements that were not required under her remit as an agent (much appreciated). The office is well situated on the corner of the main road through the town. The phones get picked up, the office opens at the weekend. I would use them again, and have no issues fully recommending them to prospective sellers.
