We recently sold our house with The Property Explorer. This was my first ever house sale and naturally there was a lot to take in and a lot of big decisions to be made.
We decided to move house on a Saturday, they came round to value on the Tuesday, took pictures on Thursday and we had accepted an offer by the following Friday, achieving the asking price we had sought. They were extremely professional, helpful and responsive in everything they did, and this showed in their ability to arrange 8 viewings and receive 4 good offers on our property in less that one week from initial enquiry. In this time they even managed to produce a 3D tour of our home.
Their initial visit was insightful (suggested ways to improve appearance) whilst friendly and in absolutely no way pushy. I knew immediately that they were the right people to work with to sell our property.
The most impressive element for me has been the support received after an offer had been made. Wendy has been a real force of nature in driving forward our chain and taken a proactive approach to ensure things moved as quickly as possible. Having spoken to friends who have moved, as well as other people in the chain, they have remarked that they wished their estate agents cared as much as ours did.
A truly professional and friendly service at a very competitive rate, it's a shame that I've moved away from the area and my next sale can't be through them. I thoroughly recommend them.

Oliver viewed and valued my property and I requested a guide price and expected sales price.

We had a deal that was marketed with a flyer through the door for a 0.75% fee. It was not stated on the flyer that this was excluding VAT, so when the invoice came through we were a little surprised as we had budgeted on a flat 0.75% fee.
