I has terrible trouble with Helen Breeze. I visited the property for a viewing in the summer months, and all seemed relatively good. After a few weeks I noticed many issues, leaky windows, windows starting to fall out of their housings.. Bathroom tiles falling off. extractor fans not working etc. I notified them and they said they would send out their 'handyman'. He eventually arrived and was very rude. I work 6 days a week and had to get time off one morning for his visit. To which he was so late I had to leve for work!
Winter arrived and so did the damp! And it was AWFUL! Visible damp patches in the living room wall, I was at the property for a further year and it never got sorted before I left. I got told I wasn't 'airing the flat' out properly. Utter rubbish. They fought me every time I had an issue and when I eventually came to move out of the property they was overly fussy with wear and tear. Charged a fortune for their own cleaners to clean the flat once I moved out, and then rang me to say that the flat wasn't cleaned to their standards. To which I reminded them that I actually used their recommended cleaners!
A complete joke
