We fell in love with a property that was for sale with Blundells and so the problems began. First viewing we turned up at the property to no answer apparently they'd cancelled the viewing but forgot to ring us. Fortunately the second viewing was successful and we put in an offer on the property. The vendor was deliberating over two offers and instead of Blundells contacting us to recommend we increased our offer they decided not to ring us and allowed another couple's offer to be accepted. After complaining to Blundells that they had lost us the house we loved they then tried to convince the vendor to swap and accept our offer - how professional????

What agent could do to change your mind?
Replace the existing team, manage all processes, have internal sign off and train all staff members in tenant and property law. Care about their landlords. Be responsible. Be professional.
