My mother spoke to agent and arranged a viewing for 10am on 22nd April. On ringing to check make sure the viewing still going ahead the agent stated they were waiting for us to confirm a viewing therefore cancelled my viewing without acknowledging myself or my mother or that 4 offers had gone through. Also stating and making my mother to have lied!! Disgusting unprofessional behaviour and should not be tolerated!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have acted professional, respected clients/potential buyers and taken control of viewing and not made out clients are liars just because they haven't done their jobsAttached Filesnbsp;
