Worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Very poor communication skills did not contact me once over a 6 month period or return my messages. They charged me £238 up front which Alex said would be returned to me on completion of a sale or if I withdrew the property from the market. I have done the latter and not seen the money back of course.
Throughout the marketing period they seemed to do their best to keep me in the dark about what was going on.My first buyers (who I was assured had the cash to purchase the property outright) disappeared and I was never advised of this. I only found out when i saw my property for sale on Rightmove. Jason at the office stated he had called me and advised me of this but this is a lie. My second buyers spent 4 months trying to get a mortgage and when I enquired what the problem was Alex actually told me it was none of my business.
I wish I had found this site before I had signed a contract with them. I never felt at any point that they were acting for me. Avoid them at all costs.
