Property full of mould for over 5 years, clothes ruined as well as many other personal items and furniture. The agency were useless, everytime we call them we get the same excuses 'cant get hold of the landlord'. Our property is a disgrace. We constantly have colds or coughs due to the damp. I have now decided environmental health is the only way to go. Customer service is shocking from every person working there!
What agent could do to change your mind?
They just could have been better at everything but customer service....they need some serious training!Attached Filesnbsp;

Dear Reviewer, I am sorry to learn of your comment and sorry to hear that you suffered on-going issues with mould. Regrettably mould is tenant responsibility normally caused by lack of ventilation and adequate heating. On your check in of the property, you would have been provided with a copy of the local authority guidelines to help minimise the volume of moisture within the atmosphere, ie by avoiding drying wet washing indoors and regularly opening windows.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
