The service from word go of dealing with Chris was beyond what I expected from any agent. He was accurate and transparent with his valuation- which was slightly more than what I was expecting, but his confidence was reassuring. Upon instruction, there was a steady stream of viewings with a diverse range of applicants. The difference for me was the knowledge that they all had about my property and the local area- they had been described as the new kids on the block by some of the competitors that I'd also spoken to, but there was zero evidence of this and I have no doubt that this contributed to the tenant that was found. Henry was great with feedback alongside Chris, and the process of signing contracts was quick and accurate. I couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to either rent out a property in Marylebone or anyone looking to rent a property. A great addition to the area.
