For the 3 months prior to Vanessa's involvement little interest was shown in the property, feedback was sporadic and unenthusiastic and we did not feel there was an urgency or personal interest in helping us to sell. She sent details of the of the house to interested parties, phoned up potential buyers, questioned previous viewers and made suggestions as to how we could move furniture and rearrange things to make the house more saleable. She always e-mailed and phoned as promised, fed back with enthusiasm and made us feel positive that things were moving forward. Within one week of her input the house was sold! I would highly recommend Vanessa when selling your house, she is an outstanding agent.

These fees vary so much from different agents, Reeds Rains have competitive price which you are told before you sign up, and there is no hidden costs, which I found some cheaper agents add on all kinds of cost, watch out for this.
