Having seen on their website that Pearls & Coutts had some office space available that suited my needs, I tried on at least three different occasions to contact the agents dealing with these offices by email through the website and by leaving a message for them with reception by calling the main number. Having no luck, I then obtained their direct email address so emailed directly, specified my requirements and asked them politely to contact me when possible to discuss my office needs. I made both my number and email available to them. I did get an out of office automated reply from one of them, so I know they got my emails.
Many weeks later, I haven't yet been able to have this conversation with them, they never attempted to call back or email me. I have now found an office elsewhere but I am appalled by their very poor customer service and after this experience I would not trust them with my business.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have returned my calls and emails when I made an enquiry about a number of offices they had available on their website.
