I rented a property via Midas property Management Ltd and i was the worst experience of my life.I have never dealt with such a corrupt and roughness company in all my years of renting in the private housing sector.My property had damp,the roof leaked and the toilet did not flush.After many calls to midas about these repairs they did not take any action.I contacted environment health and they sent someone out to take some photos and make a report.During the EHP visit they informed me that in December 2013 Midas property Management were prosecuted for a whooping 52 offences of the 2004 and 2007 housings acts because of the condition of another property in the same area.Two weeks later after Midas received a copy of the report Mr Doherty turned up with some heavies and threw all my belongings onto the street and changed the locks on the property I rented and at the time I had nowhere to go!.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Midas Property management could have completed all repairs to comply with the law of the land.They could have also issued me with a section 21 to comply with the law of the land instead they carried out an illegal eviction.Attached Filesnbsp;

Doherty is a conman who has now set up yet another rogue agency...PD Lettings!! Everyone google his convictions and prosecutions. Liverpool Courts are not wrong! Shameful he is allowed to set up another shop. Apr 22, 2014
I work for Midas Property Management and have done for 7 years, I deal with all new tenants and I can confirm that we have never had a tenant named "David Hassall" and we would certainly not deal with any eviction as suggested in this post. Unfortunately we have a case being dealt with Merseyside police due to a vendetta of abuse and trolling from a family that was evicted as they where in arrears over £1000 , was committing benefit fraud and where keeping the property they where renting from us in the most applauding and unhygienic condition I have ever witnessed in my 7 years of working in property. We have 150 good , clean , respectable tenants on our books and what not wish these previous tenants on any landlord or organisation !!

As many tenant know, Bonds are not paid to us only Deposits are. These are protected by the Deposit Protection Service as a matter of the Law. Deposits will not be returned if the property is left in a state of disrepair and/or the tenant leaves owing rent arrears. We then have to provide proof to the DPS before they repay the deposits to the correct person. I can only assume this tenant has left the property in a dirty condition or has had rent arrears! Maybe "Michelle" done both!? ...

Everybody in this Great city knows that Midas Property Management is Liverpool's number 1 rogue property lettings agency.They where prosecuted by Liverpool city council in December 2013 and found guilty of a whooping 52 offences under the 2007 housing act.They could also be facing prosecution for the condition of at least three other properties this year.

Everybody knows Midas is Liverpool's number one rogue agency.The company has been on the news all over this city following its prosecution by Liverpool city council on the 17th December 2013 regarding another property!!!! ...
