this agency has been totally inept from out set .I am still waiting for a call that was promised by 2pm and it is now 9pm .
the sale has been complicated by many factors not least this agency promising to complete actions on Thursday but actually not fulfilling their promise until following Tuesday after much nagging.
once the sale has been made or promised no interest is shown no interest in anything but the money in the bank .
the conveyancing firm this agent recommends is less than satisfactory please don't do it ! they are not fir for purpose
