We were very impressed with our initial consultation with Lindsay she was very thorough very friendly and gave a more personal service than the other agents we tried . As we were buying a new property the other agents seemed more interested in discussing our house price with the builder not the people who were employing them namely us.
We decided on the in focus package as this covered our needs the best.The brochures were detailed and the additional photos excellent we sold our house in a month!! The service from Lindsay's team at Normanton was excellent , they kept us up to date with the chain throughout the process . Lindsay also rang when we moved to our new house to wish us luck , thank you for your hardworking and we would certainly recommend and reuse reeds rains again.

As a buyer I had fees only for the mortgage. He helped me to find the right Solicitor as well. I heard from friends that for the same price they received bad service. For me everything was smooth and fast.
