I have been living at this address for 15 months plus now and we have had boiler not heating up issues twice .In the last instance i was without hot water for 6 days and even on the day it was fixed i was the one following it up with tdorr services....my family literally had to depend on friends and gyms to shower ..quite conveniently Gary Atkins who is an agent in the limehouse branch chose to disown any accountability of getting the issue resolved..had i not pursued with the Tdorr services by follow ups constantly i still wold have been left without hot water for more days .In addition to this Gary Atkins continues to be the worst example of customer service and his rudeness drives you to the point of actually leaving such a beautiful property ..i sincerely hope the landlord somehow gets to know fact that most of the tenants that have left this place am sure have left because of the behavior of Mr Gary Atkins....am sure am not the first tenant to say so ..i hope Franklyn James as an organization too notices this and makes amends
What agent could do to change your mind?
As working professionals expect information to be passed on and issues fixed or updates shared by the agent owning accontability rather than the tenant having to follow up.Gary needs to understand a tenant who is without water for 6 days needs proactive resolutions rather than lenghty documented emails which instigate and escalate issues.
