GP's set up an open house to sell our property. This was convenient as it meant we only had to leave the house one time to allow everyone to see it. We had a great response and a few asking price offers leading to us accepting an offer over our asking price. We were looking for a very specific kind of house, and after a couple of months of searching, GP's came up with a gem and showed it to us first. We had our offer accepted and the house was never shown to anyone else. It's been a very long and stressful process due to some unforeseen problems with our buyers. Throughout the entire process, the staff at GP's have been very available, helpful, and approachable. They always sought answers to our questions, and they ALWAYS called back when they said they would. They've been very supportive during the problems and they must be as pleased as we are to finally get us (and our buyers!) off of their books! Many thanks GP's.
