I was about to sell my newly renovated one-bed flat in South Woodford and invited estate agents round to view.
Steve Ford from Douglas Allen in Woodford Green stood out straight away, explaining the current market and suggesting a realistic price for the property.
He has a friendly, no-nonsense, direct approach and was most helpful, with all the advice I would need given in a comprehensive way.
I immediately felt confident that I had made the right decision to use Douglas Allen as sole agent.
Within days, photos of the flat were taken with all the details available to prospective buyers in both a glossy leaflet and via the website.
Viewings were handled directly by the agent because I had by now moved away to be nearer my work.
Result! I had a buyer offering the full market place within just a few days!
While the contracts for sale were being drawn up, Keith Langford was always there to help speed things along.
I was treated well by all the staff at Douglas Allen and, on my experience, would have no hesitation in recommending the company as first class.

Dear L.C., Many people talk of "going the extra mile" but in reality few of them actually do.
