My girlfriend and I were looking for accommodation to rent in a specific area because of the location of our jobs, and we also needed to move quickly to new a property.
After spending a few days ringing various agencies without success, I found the telephone number of Mistoria Lettings and a man called Shiro responded to my queries immediately. We met the next day and he willingly showed us two properties. We chose the second one we viewed and were told we could move in immediately after completing the necessary paperwork.
Pam, a very kind woman who we dealt with via email, prepared the contracts and then I had a meeting with Chris who gave me contracts. We went through the paperwork thoroughly, he answered our questions, we paid the first month's rent and one month's rent deposit in cash, and then he gave us the keys.
Everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently and we moved to our current accommodation in a few hours on the same day. Over the next few weeks we organised the rubbish bins, TV and faster Wi-Fi, and thanks to Chris there were no problems at all.
I prefer to deal with a professional and reliable company, and Mistoria Lettings (Chris, Pam, Shiro) can offer these things. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a property.

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us.
It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future.

We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case.
We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
