This company is terrible. We moved into a house where the back door glass is broken, there's no kitchen draws, the sink in the kitchen is collapsing and the sink in the bathroom is falling off the wall. After being promised the repairs would be done, we moved in and nothing had been done. Now weeks of ringing them and being promised they are going to ring us back, they still never ring us back and haven't even fixed anything. With having small children, it is extremely dangerous and they still don't care. So we are not paying the rent until something is done but I warn everyone not to use this company as they are useless.
What agent could do to change your mind?

For starters they never sent us an inventory so after the third month we stopped asking. The shower in the property leaked so they sent 5 different people out to fix it and every time they sent some idiots who had no idea what they were ...

Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for signing a new contract to stay for another year. Every time I got a phone call to say it was ready to sign I went in, only to be told it was not ready!!!!! This happened 3times I just can't believe how little communication goes on within this complaint.
