The whole Gascoigne Pees team at West Byfleet is a credit to estate agencies.
Phil, the manager, has the ability to form a very good and trusting relationship with his clients and this is also reflected down to his entire team. You can go to anyone of the team, Richard, Sacha or Oliver and they are very much aware of and on top of your sale. They must have an excellent briefing and communication system amongst them.
Once the offer had been accepted, Oliver, who had been tasked with overseeing the process for both buyer and seller, really came into his own. Oliver played a key role in chasing and nudging both sides when he needs to and he does this in a very nice and pleasant manner. We are also being kept up to date at all times. Without Oliver, the exchange of our contracts would certainly have been delayed further. We are most impressed and wish the Gascoigne Pees team well. They deserve the business.
