From the day i walked into the Branch in CMK to enquire about selling our house the Staff were very helpfull, i enitially dealt with Jack Conway who made an appointment to come to our house for valuation. Jack turned up dead on time and to the agreed date, he couldnt have benn more helpfull and subsequent members of the team at the CMK branch were exactly the same. They were all very freindly, kept us up to date on where we were with the sale and chased things up with solicitors and our buyers when the chain looked as if it was going to fall through. As we all know moving house is a verry stressfull time and to be honest if it hadnt been for the staff at Alan Frances we would have pulled the plug on the whole sale and purchase after our sale fell through twice due to various reasons with our prospective buyers. Over the years we have used numerous estate agents and i can honestly say the our experiance with Alan France CMK and the team there has been the best we could ask for. I am ashamed to say that i promiced the team a crate of beer when the sale went through and as yet i have not delivered, but i will.
