I am a London based Landlord, who has worked with Bradley's Estate Agents in Newquay since Jan 2014 in order to let out one of my Properties.
During this time, I have mainly dealt with Kelly Richie, and it's been an absolute pleasure dealing with her.
Her approach is very refreshing (not your typical pushy "salesperson" style), and she possesses a very high knowledge of the local rental market.
I have also been very impressed by her professional and diligent manner and she demonstrated a keen interest in the whole "pre-let" process, as if it was personal to her!
She has proved to be a very good listener, taking on board all of my comments from the outset and finding very suitable tenants in a short period of time!
I would not hesitate in recommending Kelly as your first port of call, be it as a Landlord or Tenant, for all your letting needs in Newquay.
