What a fantastic team, they helped us through every step of the buying process with everything explained in detail. nothing was to much trouble for them. From arranging the mortgage within the branch to allowing us to have viewings at short notice so that we could get measurements and dimensions before our completion date, this allowed us to buy the nick nacks that make a house a home prior to moving in. All the members of the branch were helpful and cheerful in their dealings with us and i would thouroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking at buying a property in the Plymstock area.

Dear Toby, I have been an estate agent for 12 years and never been accused of this. The facts are the vendor came to see me on sat 7th dec and said they had an offer from you but wanted more. I told them to ask you for more. I recieved a call from a potential buyer at 9.15am on monday the 9th Dec and booked a viewing for Friday the 13th Dec as that was the earliest day they could do.
