This agent does not do anything to help you when you have a problem. We had a leaking cold water pipe that was over a mains 13 amp plug and of course with the water getting in it kept blowing the main fuses. We were told at first that it was not their problem I should get it fixed.
Had another 9 important jobs that needing addressing 4 of which were there health and safety issues, one being a down pipe leaking and my partner slipping over and injuring her back, they never did anything about it.
These people are totally useless and do not want to do anything for the tenant, apart to report back to the land lord that you are a nuisance tenant and a trouble maker, but with a rent of £750 a month plus rates a property demanding that sort of rent should not be sub standard. Rosedale letting agents staff are rude and unhelpful, avoid this agency like the plague.

Best Letting Agent in Bourne 
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately the company and yourself both know that your review contains significant inaccuracies. At this stage my professionalism means that I would not wish to comment further in a public 'environment' regarding the truth of the matter. As you are aware this is being followed up via appropriate channels.
Client care is at the heart of what we do, but unfortunately external factors can sometimes influence the overall outcome of certain situations. I am only sorry that the tenancy in question was not a positive experience for all parties concerned.
As a business, we welcome all feedback and I would welcome any tenant or landlord wishing to offer feedback to contact me directly at the office address. We are always happy to listen, learn and develop processes accordingly, as creating positive tenancies is our overall goal - one which for the most part I am proud to say we are able to deliver.
