Finding a property/making an offer: We were shown a number of properties by CJ Hole, mostly by Nick, who we found to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable/helpful (and to our delight not a pushy 'salesman'). Also, in comparison to houses seen through other agencies, we found CJ Hole understand our requirements and showed us more suitable properties. To this extent, after our first set of viewings, Nick would only call us if he thought it would be somewhere we would truly be interested in. This was appreciated and we felt we could trust his opinion on this. On making an offer the process was quick and straight forward and the agency was very professional.

Sales process: On having our offer accepted there was a short period of transition whereby it was unclear whether we should be dealing with Dianne or Nick. Dianne was pleasant to deal with over the phone although there was some inconsistent messaging over proposed dates and state of availability of the property. We were also chased quite a lot towards the end (probably at the instruction of the vendor) but this was disappointing given the delays in the vendor submitting information to her solicitors early in the process.

Overall we were very happy with CJ Hole and their service and would recommend them, in particular Nick, to anyone trying to buy a house in Bristol.
