I went with Thomas Morris as they had moved my parents twice before with purchasing in St.Neots and when they decided to sell. Right from the start David Price was brilliant in explaining the ins and outs of selling and ideas on what to market my property and how best to go about it etc. He helped me in looking for other properties and took it out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything that was going on with the sale, ie txting me if he had news or if anything else was needed for the sale to proceed. He also txted me out of hours when I was in need of some help with was unexpected but brilliant as it saved me having to ring in the morning or worry overnight about something. I was also helped a lot by David's colleague Karen who was very good at chasing up and following up with solicitors and anything that was missing or not what the other party expected. She was in constant contact with me organising everything with my purchasing estate agents. Unfortunately the sale did not go through due to legal boundaries on my property and my buyer pulling out, but Thomas Morris helped me out as much as they could even when I was at a difficulty point in the sale they tried there up most to find a suitable solution for me. Everyone was very helpful there and I always got through to someone who knew about my sales and purchasing position and got back to me etc, unlike some estate agents who seem to have one person in the know and everyone else in the dark. I will definently be selling through Thomas Morris in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.
