We were first introduced to Bryony as part of our relationship with Preston Baker who came to discuss the plan for the selling of our property. We had our house on the market previously with another estate agent for over a year and had a ridiculous amount of viewers but not one sniff of an offer. Bryony was incredibly understanding of our plight and I knew after our first meet with her that we were in safe hands. Preston Baker orchestrated a launch of our property to attract potential buyers and create a buzz. My correspondence since the launch was also with Jess, both ladies and in fact all at Preston Baker were incredibly personable and highly motivated in getting our property sold. The correspondence has been more than pleasant, it's been a joy to work with both ladies. We received an offer for the full asking price of our property within three weeks of putting it on the market and we are thrilled with how supportive and helpful Bryony and Jess have been. I would wholeheartedly recommend these lovely ladies and Preston Baker for the selling of your property!
