We moved estate agent as we 'thought' TCA, would be a better option as they looked very professional. How wrong were we! Ben told us that there would be no problem in selling our. We paid £249.00 to go with them. After only 1 viewing and 2 no shows after 11 months we decided to take the house down. Ben told us that if we wanted to move estate agents or take the house off the market that was fine and there are no penalties. We gave them one months notice, as advised in writing, and removed our house. 5!!!!!! Months later they start sending me letters saying, in the contract we have to pay them £200 + vat! Because we sold through another agent. Which we never. I called and spoke to Magaret, who is very arrogant. Customer care skills -100%. All she says, it's in the contract. I hope anyone who is considering using this company reads the bad comments on here. They have done nothing but bombard me with letters ever since. I will do my best to make sure people are aware of this company and stay as far away as possible. In the 11 months we had our house on the market with them and had only 1 viewing, they also asked us to reduced the value. Shocking, badly run, arrogant staff and no care what so ever for the customers!
