As a company that stated they would take the stress out of letting my property they merely added to it significantly. Problems were unresolved, and paperwork was not completed satisfactorily leading to my losing a case for disputed deposit. The case is now with the Property Ombudsman.

Absolutely appalling. Once they have you signed to a contract they are not interested. If you actually manage to speak to someone, and not the answerphone, they fob you off with vague promises, but nothing ever gets sorted. The woman in the office (Leela) is rude and condesending. Definitely the worst estate agents we ever had to deal with. Very poor customer service, all girls working in Leighton Buzzard office are rude, arrogant and incompetent. Left me with smelly carpets - claimed they have been washed. Advertise letting dates correctly and inform people when they inquire. People give notice on current flats based on ability to move into a new one. Squares would have left us stranded for 3 days with a family of 2 boys. They should not be so rude and unhelpful for no reason. They could have been more accommodating but choose not to and surely the previous tenants would have had to clean the flat before they left so why were we being asked to do it?

I am not naive enough to think that mistakes do not happen, the important thing is how they are rectified. Regular contact with us on this matter as reassurance would have made all the difference. There is however no excuse for the rude way in which my partner was spoken to by a female member of staff and it is also not acceptable to blatantly ignore e-mails and phone calls from customers.
