Preston Baker have been excellent dealing with the sale of our property. We were previously with a different agent for 6 months which resulted in 3 viewings and a complete lack of interest on their part From the minute Gemma visited us it was a completely different experience. The whole team were friendly, interested in what you have to say, persistent in gaining viewing feedback and kept in regular contact with us to provide updates. Once Gemma left, James and Jane continued to provide this excellent service. Once we accepted an offer, we then started to deal with Karen who needs a medal for the things that she does to help calm your nerves. She kept in regular contact, we knew she was on the end of the phone whenever we had queries, dealt with some tricky conversations on our behalf and was very friendly and encouraging on the phone, she is an asset to the company. We dealt with many other agencies whilst looking for a property and unfortunately we found a property that wasn't being sold by Preston Baker and the difference in service was staggering, they were all very poor in comparison. Initially we thought that the fees were a little more than some other agencies but after our experience with previous agents, it is negligible because the level of service and support you receive at a very stressful time is worth paying for. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, you will be in safe hands.

We paid the top 1.5 % for what turned out to be a pityful excuse of customer service. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone - cheaper options out there. Dont waste your money on them, youll likely be very disappointed.
