I have bought many properties and one of my frustrations has been lack of communication between staff within an agency, which is simply not the case here. Everyone you speak to at Fulfords knows the up-to-date information regarding the purchase. Not only are they knowledgeable during the purchase, they were fantastic during the viewing, offering all the useful information needed when making such a big decision. Overall a memorable experience! Good work Charlotte, Wesley, Kerry, and Sarah - simply brilliant!

Dear Toby, I have been an estate agent for 12 years and never been accused of this. The facts are the vendor came to see me on sat 7th dec and said they had an offer from you but wanted more. I told them to ask you for more. I recieved a call from a potential buyer at 9.15am on monday the 9th Dec and booked a viewing for Friday the 13th Dec as that was the earliest day they could do. The vendor called me later that morning, said they had accepted the offer but wanted the viewing to go ahead as t ...
