Shocking. The Jordans branch on deansgate used to be known as key properties, same staff same terrible experience. We rented a property from them and had issues as soon as we moved in. On our move in day they gave us the wrong key code for the apartments, we contacted them twice and had to wait well over an hour outside the property for them to give us the right code. The refrigerator was broke from the begging and after living there for 6 moths and saying they would they never got it fixed. In order for us to obtain meter readings we were required to request these from our agent. In 6 months and numerous phone calls they never provided us with any, these were also not given when we moved in or out of the property. We had to bother the other estate agent in our building in order to get the readings and they weren't to happy about this. When we left it took three months numerous angry phone calls and a visit to the office to get our damage deposit back, which they took £140 from for nothing, we left the place spotless and it was a mouldy dump when we moved in. Please do not use them if you are considering,it's not worth the hassle even for a quick move. I believe that they are a real exception, our new agent is very helpful we call them and things are done straight away and have never had any issues with them. Emma in the Jordans office is incompetent.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Told me that the viewing was cancelled before I travelled! Not lied to me on the phone. They could have offered me something for their mistake while wasting my time and money.
