The buyer was prevaricating having made an offer weeks ago without conditions.
I spoke to Bairstow's office to put property back on the market but all I got was arguments/reasons why I shouldn't so in the end I became blunt and told "just do it"! Next thing I'm told didn't like my tone so didn't want to handle sale any more!!! FINE BY ME BUT POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
