Take a bow Deborah Valentine. Ours was an easy sale, no chain, viewing to completion in 6 weeks!...... 7 months later, after 2 changes of mind, a purchaser redundancy, 3 delays to completion date and the purchaser leaving the country for 2 months without notifying anybody, we completed. While there is a TV mini series and training video and case study in the events it is Deborah's professionalism and experience which needs to be highlighted. Deborah consistently went the extra mile in contacting solicitors, estate agents, financial advisers , our understadably cynical vendor and managing to liaise with a client over 5000 miles away in a different time zone. Deborah never failed to get back to us promptly and at promised times. To some extent the above could be said to be just her job.

However it is the intangibles which made her work stand out. Deborah used her experience and judgement to re assure us in assessing events and correctly calling how things would evolve. Deborah was our only litmus test of whether progress was possible...and she was right! Perhaps the greatest added value that Deborah brought was that she took a personal interest in the events. She became close to being emotionally involved and wanted to overcome the barriers and complete the sale as much as us.

Obviously we are extremely grateful to Deborah and would recommend her without reservation to any prospective vendor or purchaser.
