I do not live near the flat that I rent out to tenants, so David Andrew take care of everything for me. If the tenants encounter a problem, David Andrew contact me, let me know the issue, we agree a course of action, and they put it in place for me. They advise me on the rental market in the local area. They've arranged for the bathroom and kitchen to be refurbished, and for the rooms to be painted, for new carpets to be fitted, for furniture to be replaced, and much more. I highly recommend David Andrew for a landlord like myself.
