I contacted this company some 7 days ago and arranged an appointment for following Monday at 11am, On Monday bang on 11am my mobile phone rang and Marie Mitchell informed me "she had car trouble and she would have to re-schedule me" [no apologies were offered for no-show] she continued with "how about Thursday or Friday" i replied that was not suitable, she continued with"i will contact you when i return to office".
Well that was some 4 days ago and unless she was abroad or maybe walking from Lands End and not near a phone!!! or maybe still pushing car??? I have not heard from her.

She obviously should have called me earlier if she could not make appointment, as flat was empty i had some travelled 20 miles to to show her apartment for this apointment. She should have apologised for no-show. She should have called me back to re-arrange a suitable apointment. It is pretty obvious she was not interested in this apartment,surprisingly when PRG fees for selling apartment could have been considerable.Attached Filesnbsp;

Mhaira telephone manners need brushing up! Rude, abruptive on the phone and you'd be lucky to get an apology from her!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

Anyways, the following day we didn't even receive a courtesy call from PRG to explain why no one turned so we called to find out. It turned out the viewing agent had car issues (as you will from other reviewers, an excuse used previously!), however, despite the car issues, the agent had our contact details yet they didn't inform us that they were running late or would need to cancel!
I would not recommend PRG at all!!!!
