I contacted this company some 7 days ago and arranged an apointment for Wednesday 16:15pm,I also was given a folder with several pieces of information with details on Valuer[Mark Duffy] and in BOLD letters CANT WAIT TO MEET YOU plus his smiley face on them.
On Wednesday morning i recieved call from him to inform me that he would be unable to make 16:15 appt and could he come between 16:45/16:50 it was not particulary convienant as i had another appt at 17:00 however i agreed to this and cancelled other appt to suit him.
At 16:45+17:00+17:15 no-show or no contact from Mark Duffy so i locked up[empty] apartment and left,at 17:20 mobile phone rang and Mark Duffy informed me he was at door of apartment and getting no answer,i said to him i thought he was coming between 16:45/50 he replied"i hoped to be there at that time"[NO APOLOGIES WERE OFFERED FOR NO-SHOW].
I then said could he not have called me to inform me IF and When he was coming as he was obviously late,no reply was forthcoming, so i told him that i would not be requiring his services,his reply was "thats okay then" and rang off.
Following morning i went to Counrtywide office and spoke with office manager who on hearing my story apologised on his behalf ,said he should have kept me informed if he was going to be delayed she also stated he should have apologised for no-show,she also offered to send another valuer to my flat but i declined.
I handed back the folder with Mark Duffy details plus sheet with CANT WAIT TO MEET YOU and said that possibly it should be changed to CANT MEET YOU.
What agent could do to change your mind?
As office manager stated he should have done all of the above,

What agent could do to change your mind?
As office manager stated he should have done all of the above,
