If you can, avoid JJ Homes at all costs. They have failed to deal with a serious water problem in my building since before Christmas. Not only have they failed to fix it, but they have not even provided any plan for repairing the problem. They will not respond to correspondence; in fact, they will not even acknowledge correspondence. Such has been their success in avoiding all contact, I wonder sometimes if they are still in business. JJ Homes charge a large management fee, and I will be closely scrutinizing the accounts if and when they provide them - although I see from other posts that they are not always reliable in providing the figures. JJ Homes are unprofessional and I question their competence as a managing agent. I will be writing to the freeholder to complain. Avoid this company at all costs - they really are terrible.
