We have had a long process for the sale of our house, we had 3 buyers pull out of sales before we finally completed. Throughout the process communication was difficult, Marco and Sean Jenkins were difficult to get hold of, they didn't return phone calls or reply to email correspondence. I had to repeat information several times and they didn't keep up to date records meaning others in the office couldn't help me in their absence (making the process even more difficult). There were several occasions where I was promised a call back at a certain time and this didn't happen. I carried out a lot of viewings myself as there weren't people available to do these. They didn't maintain relationships with the various buyers which did not help when we were trying to rectify problems which eventually led to 3 sets of buyers pulling out. Overall, I found it hard work and did not think it was worth paying the fee I had to pay at the end.
One saving grace of Complete was Julie Kerr, she was involved for the final sale (which completed) and was fantastic, she was proactive, friendly and very helpful. She was a massive help and pushed the sale through to completion.

What agent could do to change your mind?
As mentioned above communication was hard work and difficult. The biggest improvement would be to be available to receive calls, listen to what I say and ensure I don't have to repeat information several times.Attached Filesnbsp;

I am sorry to hear that you feel like this with regards to the process of sale. The sale of your property was not entirely in the hands of ourselves as the lease length being quite short caused issues through-out the process resulting in a couple of buyers pulling out and changing their minds. The decision to extend the lease was a great idea but the length of time this took also caused problems as it held up the process. The third buyer deciding to change his mind and pulling out was due to issues that were highlighted on a survey resulting in the mortgage company rejecting the offer - on all accounts this could not be foreseen nor blamed on Complete Estate Agents. You mention Julie Kerr being there to help - this is great as she is the after sales dedicated team leader to offer assistance of which she did throughout the process. We do apologise if you believe we were not there to help but I can reassure you we were professional and ready help wherever we could. We wish you all the best in your new home and for the future.
